KPMG today announced appointment of Uday Ved as Head of Tax.
Mr. Ved, specialises in international taxation, transfer pricing and exchange control regulations. He has advised a large number of foreign companies, MNCs and Indian business houses on tax and regulatory matters in a career spanning more than 25 years.
Prior to joining KPMG in November 2006, Uday was earlier Partner and Head of Tax in RSM & Co., Chartered Accountants, India. Prior to RSM, Uday was a Partner with Arthur Andersen, India.
Uday is an active member of the India profession and have presented papers and made presentations in India and overseas at various business and professional bodies including Bombay Chartered Accountants' Society (‘BCAS’), Western Regional Council of ICAI, Chamber of Tax Consultants, IFA, etc.
